• Usage data: Trade journal entries, annotations, and checklist states you create in LiquidMinds Desk
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details

• To provide and maintain your account and access to LiquidMinds Desk
• To send you service emails (account confirmation, approval notifications)
• To send promotional emails about offers and updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To improve our platform and trading tools

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with row-level security — meaning only you can access your own trading data. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — email delivery
• Anthropic — AI analysis features (chart data only, not personal data)
• Twelve Data — live market data

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for authentication (session management via Supabase). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

Under Australian Privacy Law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
